The Malibu will get a few notable changes for the 2007 model year. First up is that the Malibu will get the variable-valve timing 3.5L V6 out of the Impala, pushing all the way up to 224HP. Next will be a hybrid Malibu, a 2.4 Ecotec engine will get about 27/40 mpg. These numbers don't sound bad to me. Take care and God bless, 1ND-hoppe

I am considering to buy a new Malibu in Israel, For the moment there are only 2006 models available here. Does anyone knows when the new 2007 models will be available? Can anyone detail all the changes in the 2007 malibu? To your opinion, should i wait for the 2007 models? Thak you in advance, Shay F.

The front end trim/grill seems to be a bit different too? I am trying to decide between an 06' Malibu LS, or and 06' Impala LS.
