I have a 1999 Lumina. Sometime back I had trouble starting the car. It seemed the ignition switch didn't work. I finally got it started but now the a/c won't work and the daytime lights don't come on. In order for the a/c and the lights to work I have to turn the ignition switch a little bit more forward. I need to hold it with something like a rubber band and then they work. Do I have a bad ignition switch (where the key goes on)?
