this is a build sheet that i just found, and i am in love with it. 

the problem is that over $5,000 is a little much for me.  I am going to be in my junior year, and this is my first post on this site.  next summer i am going to get a late 80's monte carlo ss for my second car.  right now I am driving my families truck to work and school.  
I will be on a tight budget, and can either run E85 or 87 octane.  I just cant afford high octane gas. 

the 750 E85 carb is expensive but really cool.

with this carb i can definetly run much higher compression and spark, but don't wanna go overboard on the motor, because the transmission will probly be stock except for a converter.  same goes for the rear end.  all stock 3.73 posi

any build up advise?
