I bought my blazer used from people who had no business owning it.LOL
The used the original seat mount hardware, plus some not so genius welding to create mounts for some euro style seats they wanted in it.What I ended up with were wobbly less than stable mounts whose metal work was so sloppy as to have sharp edges that would cut the backs of your legs if your werent careful.
Ive looked and looked, combed Ebay, called junk yards.Ive got a request up on the national junkyard site.I cant find replacement mounts. The passenger side flips forward,so that mount must be hinged.Am I not looking in the right place.Perhaps Ive looked at what I needed and didnt know it.Both mounts have know snapped at a weld point, and must be replaced. Please help me locate the parts I need.
Oh here a pic of my truck

hmm, no idea about the seats, just keep checking those junkyards. Craigslist.com is also a great place for finding what you need. And that is one outstanding lookin' vehicle! motivation...

Nice truck!  Glad you wanna keep it going. Those mounts should be easy to come by.  I have 2 sets in the garage.  "Good" junk yards or craigs list should have them.  If not, go to chevyduty.com or classicindustries.com and get new ones.  The truck is well worth it!!!
