I have a 1997 Chevy 1/2 ton Z71 4x4
Okay this is driving me crazy. So on Friday I was driving and suddenly the power steering went completely out. So on Saturday I took it to the shop b/c frankly I didn't have time to work on it. Gave it to the mechanic who ended up putting a new Power Steering Pump in my truck. Well I get the car off the lot and it works fine till I get to about 25 mph. Then suddenly it goes out again. No idea what is happening. So I research and thought maybe it is a EVO sensors. So I pulled that out and put a new one in. That does not do the trick.
So I then unplug the sensor and it drives completely fine! What in the world should I do?????
I am competely frusted and at a loss. Anyone have any suggestions, please let me know!!!!!!
