do you have (or can you take) any pics of the light pattern up against a wall or something similar..

The only reason I ask is I put a set of HIDs in my Lightning and although they looked great(when you were looking at the lihgt) the pattern was very spotty when driving and when they were up against a building or wall the light was not very uniform. The stock Tahoe Lights have a very nice even/flat break off..

thanks.

I don't believe there is an actual brand.  The guy I buy them from has them packaged in his own packaging.  I've installed them on some of my friends vehicles and haven't had a single problem with them and they look great.

Can you hook us up with your guy?

If he ships his kits, you can get him some good business from us and elsewhere.

I got stopped by a bunch of people seeing my HID headlights and sent them all to my provider.

Thanks.

Just found these on eBay. I am not at all sure they fit despite the claim in the ad. It certainly is more complex than just changing a bulb as the entire housing needs to be changed.

At least it's something that looks more like a fog light than what GM supplies currently

I like the idea of the HID for the headlights, don't think I'd want them on my fog lamps.  Live in an area that gets a lot of fog so I need my fog lamps to actually do there job.  But I am interested to know roughly how much it would cost and where to get the headlight setup?

Any direction to any other thread or website would be appreciated.  I'm new here so any help would be welcomed.

If you're interested in HID headlights I would strongly advise you to contact JAZEJEFF who is a member of this forum. I purchased my lights from him a couple weeks ago and while I have yet to receive them (I"m in Canada so shipping is slow due to customs), the personal dealings is top notch!  Send him a PM or search a few forums....actually, if you check this link his phone number is included...

I asked the mods about this awhile back but never got anything setup on my end.  I would be more than happy to give you guys his info but I don't want to get in trouble with the mods.  Shoot me an email and we can discuss jason.barr.email@gmail.com

I just received my HID kit which are H11 bulbs. There's only one problem. There are these two extra cables coming off the power cable right before the light and the connectors that go to the ballast.

Can anyone help me here? I don't have a clue what's going on. I am going to mount them tomorrow and probably just put electrical tape over the top of them so they don't hit eachother. If they are NEEDED, please let me know =)
