XM question - 7/31/2007 8:22:26 PM    ragin_cajuns   Posts: 30 Joined: 7/31/2007 Status: offline I just bought a 2007 [new body style] crew cab Z71 4x4 LTZ package. I looked at several and drove a few and one thing they all had in common was they had XM installed with the nav / radio unit.  My dealer finally found the color I wanted [greystone metallic] so I bought it last night.  Now I'm not sure if this one has XM or not.  There is no XM option on the nav/radio unit but I have the little shark like fin antenna on the roof - isn't that the XM antenna?  If XM is not installed, which I'm pretty sure it isn't, how easy is it to add this and remain factory in apearance?  IS there just a plug in tunerrr or receiver that goes behind the dash and would the nav / radio unit need to be reprogrammed?  Post #: 1
