The lights on the roof come on when your park lights come on. Do your park lights work? If they do and the roof lights still don't work, you might want to check the bulbs. If they're good, you'll need to trace your harness to see if you don't have a short in it. When (if) you get to that part, post again and we'll see what we can do to help.

is it a 3500????, if not im guessing someone put the lights there for looks and never hooked them up, or they are on a differnet switch somewhere, a 1/2 wont have roof marker lights, and neither will a 2500 only 3500 and bigger are supposed to come with them factory.

Roof Marker Lamps (Option code U01) were an option on the 2500 and 3500 (non-dually) and standard on the Dually's. I'm not going to make a guess but I would check the bulbs first.

if its a 1500 then they wont be factory, the option on the 2500 must be a US thing cause you cant in Canada, only the 3500 come standard on duallys and yes option on fleet side doubt all the bulbs are burnt, be weird, check for a seperate switch, if it were me I would have wired them to my park lights and fused it on a relay somewhre around the battery....check for the fuse, see if its popped.....they may not come on unless you have the truck turned on as well, some people wire them to a non live fuse in your fuse box (only gets power when key is on), so if your parked the marker lights wont be on unless you hve the key on, be more likely if they are on a seperate switch. that way in case you leave the switch on if the key is off the lights wont stay on..
