how do u blead drum brakes without using the bleeder? it is stripped

 If  you can remove the bleeder with visegrips and put a good one in, you're doing OK. Be sure to use something like PBBlaster to loosen it. One application may not be enough.
The worst that can happen is just replace the wheel cylinder. The $20 or so bucks may be worth the time. Some like to replace the cylinders on both sides, in the interest of balance.

i cant remove the bleeder, thats why i ant to know how to do it without it.

You could purchase a Mityvac handpump-brake bleeding system and use it on the highest bleeder you have available. Just a suggestion. I use this type of bleeding system all the time and it works great.

Use an EZ-Out on the brake bleeder screw.  Also called an Ease-Out.  Ask at an auto parts store.  If you can't get the brake bleeder screw out, then replace the brake caliper.
