Ive replace the cam sensor and it fired right up, been working well for 3 weeks now i have the same problem. when its hoy it wont start it must cool off for 20 min. are there any tsb's on the cam sensor. could it be an ignition switch issue or just a bad GM part.

I have encountered the same problem with the 6.5 liter engine as well.  I work in an underground mine where it is very warm.  I've had to pour water over the engine then it will fire up.  The problem with  them is there is  a module bye the injection pump I beleive it is and I beleive it controls your inection timming or fuel flow.  We have changed these parts quit often.  Gm has told us that the modules can't with stand heat.  So maybe this problem is the same with you 6.3
