2000 Malibu head lights and service engine light - 7/13/2007 8:57:47 AM    rtt78   Posts: 11 Joined: 7/13/2007 Status: offline Hi, I have 2000 malibu, having some trouble with the headlights.When the car is started I can see the lights to be dim but when I gas it I can see the lights to get brighter. This happens for few minutes and also when the brakes are applied the lights seem to get dimmer and when again gased it get brighter.I replaced my batteries and still does the same. And also the service engine light comes up sometimes and goes off and I'm not sure what's going on.
