Howdy, I just found this site, and since I joined, I guess I should share a little info. I live in KY, where I used to be a Chevy dealer mechanic for about 25 years. I haven't worked in a shop for about 5 years now, but I still help out friends and family, and keep my own stuff running. I own a '92 Astro van with 410,000 miles on it (great van!) and a '91 GMC Sierra pickup with 158,000 miles showing (the odometer was broken when I got it last year). I'm here looking for answers to a question about A/C problems with my pickup (it's been so long that I forgot how the thing works). However, I'm also glad to share my knowledge with anyone who might need some. Have a great day, folks.
