I have an 03 Trailbazer, and the AC is intermittent.  It randomly goes from heat to a/c.  It seems to be a problem with the door inside the heater box.  With the vehicle going up hill or down hill, the a/c will go on and off.  Seems like the door is loose.  Anyone have any problems like this, and what is envolved in the repair.

I have also some A/C troubles with my 2002 model. I don't notice any trouble up or down hill but after some manual change in ventilator or T°, is resulting passenger side cold and driver side hoter with same T° both for side ! I am waiting to reset computer, code ... and see.
On the other hand the batterie went flat, and after his replacement the RPM engine when cold is too high. I think is related with computer too.
