I am looking for some information on an older Carter AFB carburator. The number stamped on the base of the carb is "F83721SB". Can anyone tell me what type car and engine it came off of and what the CFM size it is (e.g. 500 or?)? Also would like to know where to get parts and some type of manual to repair it. I have serched the internet for info and came up with zero info. Lots of info on the 9000 competition ones, but nothing on this model. I picked up a dual quad setup with two of these carbs at a swap meet and want to install them on a high performance (300 hp) 1965 327 cu in motor. Any advice or comments appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
