how much could a well restored , all original 60 impala 4 door sedan "flat top" not bubble top with the 283 2 speed powerglide be worth ?

i am thinking about a resto project trying to see if this version of the impala is worth the time?

also even before any resto begings what is a decent price to pay for this car as is in running condition with fair paint and no serious problem rust areas , just surface rust in the normal areas of a car from this era ?
