how do i reset the Brake cylinder so i can fit the pads over the disc PLEASE NEED HELP asap

you have to use a c clamp to put it back in then blead the brakes

if you us a c clamp us a block of wood and pot the c clamp in the middle or on ether side that is how i do it.
