Know good wire connected to cap then other end close to ground.

Did a substitution test on the ignition module. Still no spark.
There are no traces of any spark on the inside of the cap or on the rotor.

Either something is not allowing the coil to charge and discharge or it's the coil itself.

It's fairly straight forward ; the pick up coil times when the spark is to happen and signals the ignition module to allow the the coil to discharge .
