 hey whats up to all you chevy lovers hey i have a question about pulling the torq converter out. how hard is it and can it come out in a few hrs. if anyone as any ansawers for me please repliey. does it have alot of bolts to take out. well i have a 1997 chevy sub, 2wd, 1/2 ton. the trany is a 4l60e.

You will have to remove the transmission.  Yes, it will take more than a few hours.

when u put it back make sure it's seatd properly or you'll fry the pump
