HI guys, I REALLY need help, my daughter owns a 93 cavalier with a 2.2L. It seems like when the engine for a few minutes then it stalls and don't fire up until the engine will get colder.

I REALLY NEED HELP,

Thanks,

I'm afraid your out of luck on this one.  I have posted on several places about having the same problem with my 95, no one will answer and when one did it was of no use.  Change fuel filter, change fuel pump, well I had done that already.  If you come up with an answer let me know, even my mechanic is baffled with this one.

Have the crank sensor changed, its only about $20 at your local parts store. Everyone I know that has had this problem found it to be the crank sensor. Let me know if that works!!

I have a '89 and I too am having problem in this area. Changed the ENTIRE fuel system and even tore the wiring harnes out and checked every wire! I even changed the plugs wires and coil pack. The scanner came back with nothing. got the car all back together now and just waiting to get it going again. it has 51678  original miles on it but it has sat for over a year when I bought it. it will idle for hours but when I start to drive it dies out and wont start till it cools down. you really think it is the crank sensor and not the computer?

Crank sensors cause this kind of problem.

crank sensors do NOT cause this t happen... bad ignition control modules and bad coils cause this to happen.
