About a year ago I had the front hubs replaced on my 97 Malibu 2.4L. Since the ABS light comes on and stays on. The shop said the sensor is probably bad. Well that turned into a fight as it was working till they laid their destructive paws on my car. Would you believe I had to take it back six times to fix one other thing they kept messing up? Jeeze! Not that I like to bash any one company but never go to this place. Rhymes with "itis". Anyway, I understand the ABS sensor is located in the hub. I have been told the connecting wire can become frayed or not connected properly causing the ABS light to come on. I did a 30mph panic stop on the few occasions the light went out. I felt the peddle pulse as I came to a stop but I'm not sure what to feel. So where exactly do I look for this connection? What would I check for? It there a way to test it with an OHM meter to make sure it's getting juice? Thanks!
