Ok  my brights don't work. My daytime running lamps work  and they are the same bulb. I checked the relay and it seemed to be working just fine..Im assuming its the right relay since it clicks with I try and tun them on. Also clicks when I turn the fogs on too. Im getting no power output with the multimeter on the bulb connectors. Sooo.. any ideas of whats going on?

Is the " bright " indicator lit on the dash ?

It could be the DRL module not allowing the  full voltage to be switched for the bright lamps.

Oops some info I left out. No the Bright light indicator doesn't show. In fact when I switch to the brights....The DRL indicator comes on instead.

Try putting your park brake on to disable the DRL then try the brights.

Usually the bright indicator will light when the switch is engaged , but it sounds like a relay is engaging but not allowing the voltage to reach the lamps. I'm still thinking it's the DRL module.

Just a thought.
