Factory Radio Removal for 06 SS

    I am doing several upgrades to the sound system in my SS and I need to remove the factory radio. Is there any detailed instructions on the web on how to remove the Trim in front of the radio? It seems to clip on, but I do not want to exert too much force that I may break it.

Also, can anybody tell me where the factory amp is located?

haven't pulled the factory radio yet, but the amp is in the trunk on the bottum of the rear shelf. hope this helps out
