Thanks for all the help here and usenet.. I went to the stealer and bought the part for my 2000 Silverado Z71.. $85 with tax.

Now my 4X4 works fine.. I put in 4h the light comes on and blinks..
I took the dash cover off.. I replaced the switch panle and it all worked fine..
I can now go in and out of 4X4 THAT EASY..

Waaboom you are da MAN... I give you the GREEN WENNIE award.
I'm to cool for my boots.. I just push a button it goes in 4L and Im done push 2H
I'm back to normal.... I WANT SOME SNOW!!!!!
