1977 Monte Carlo, 305 V8 2 BBL. Stock. I am 17, bought the car a few months back, and have been working on it since. Now, car does not seem to want to start. I rebuilt the carb, new plugs, wires, fireing order is correct. Choke is working, and it is not toooo cold out. I put a new GlassPack muffler on it in the garage, and moved it outside to start. It turns over, and spudders, but won't get the BANG, to fire up. Yes, car is getting fuel, and I even tried to put a bit of fresh gas down the intake, still, with same results. Car started and ran fine before, but I always seem to have this problem, some times it wont start for days, other times, it will start first shot. Help please.

End topic. I auctailly just picked up a new cap, roader, plugs, wires, and re-set the float, along with timing and such. Runs like a champ. Thanks anyways.
