The running light is still on, and everything on the driver's side still works. Well the stop and turn only, the running light still worked. The fuses were good, so I bought new resistors cause I thought it was that. Re-wired em' and that sides brake and turn signal still don't work. I'm starting to think both those led bars are out. Is there a way to get them fixed...? Is there a way I can test them buy hooking them up to a power source or something? The lights won't work without the trailer harness or resistors. I took the trailer harness off the other light, re-wired it and tested it, sure enough it's bad.
