Anyone on here know how you align the pivot arm to the motor?

I removed the motor assembly from the pivot arm. I fixed the motor, but now when I hook it up. the motor will rotate the pivot arms around until it hits the stop on the bottom of the ecentric.

I ran the motor when it was disconnected from the pivot arm until the motor stopped when the switch was turned off as a starting point.

What is the position of the pivot arm ecentric suppose to be, and how do you line up the spring lock on the ecentric plate?

ANY HELP?
thanks in advance
