Love my 02 Trail Blazer but since day one she has had a squeak. Don't know if it the hood moving or what but it's just really a pain. My guess is its a body panel, part or some attached moving. Has anyone run into this and how did you correct it? Thanks, Ken

I have an '02 EXT and I had a squeak coming from my front end anytime it seemed like I hit a bump. Turned out to be that the springs on the hood were worn and needed to be replaced. In the enterum, if you would like, raise the rubber hood bumpers that your hood sit on almost as high as they can go. You'll know they are too high because it'll be too hard to close the hood. When they are high enough though, it'll cause enough pressure on the hood that it'll hold them in place and the squeak will be gone. Also, try and find something out on the market called Prism. Its a long life lubricant. I sprayed that on the hinges and they worked FINE.
