The Chevy 6.6l turbo v8 for 2006 seems like a decent engine. The EPA made GM make some changes for 2007, such as a sealed crankcase, lower compression to make low NOx, and ultra lo-sulphur fuel necessity. Plus, they have other things on the exhaust.
These things mystify me, and there's not alot of info to compare the two. I seem to see alot of 06's left on the lot, and wonder if I should play it safe and go for the 07 instead of saving a few bucks. Can anyone speak on this comparison? Which is better?
