Plug wires

Moving up the line to resolve a cold start/misfire problem. Is the quality of the aftermarket products as good or better than oem ?  Advertising is just that. Experience is priceless. Anyone want to share some of the later ?

I like Accell,  MSD, and Taylor wires.  Nappa has good wires also.

Thanks.
Accell and NAPA are old friends. MSD and Taylor have never made under the hood for me. No particular reason other than just not being readily available locally. I'm looking for a fix to a cold start problem. Engine starts well and will run good for about 30 seconds or until the idle begins to drop below 1000. Then begins to miss, sometimes it quits completely, not always. As the engine warms it begins to smooth out  and run fine. This only happens at about 30 degrees or less. So far I've replaced the plugs and added lots of injector cleaner to the fuel. Results : No improvement.

Any Ideas ? Anybody. Plug wires replaced yesterday. No joy.
Intake gasket leaks or bad injectors ?

Run Lucas Upper lubraction/fuel injection system cleaner.  Then run sea foam through the brake booster vaccuum and clean out the throttle body with some throttle body cleaner.  That should help a lot.
