to know which company built a good cars, there are many questions you should ask, can i keep the car for  long time to be classic car?? look at chevy bilair 1957, it look like brand new. another question is the value in the dashboard like the cheep japanes car on in the hole car ( enjen , trnasmession, etc)
is the car look like biscuits like the japanes car or it is from iron ?? i have chevy cavalier 1996 and the radiator is three times bigger than the honda civic, that's mean the water circulation in my car is better than the civic, this is only one example, lift the japanes car on the jack you will find no real chassis that's why in the accident it will be like (accordion)

Sir, ... your a bit of an idiot. The overall size of the radiator means nothing about the water circulation on a car. What is important is the actual heat exchange and efficiancy of the cooling system. The civic and the cavvy are going to run at almost the same temp.  And the real reason your idiot is both cars have a Stamped Uni body Chassis (floor pan + sub frame) ... all compact and midsize cars do.

Hi my friend thank you for your comment, if you want to know the reality of your Honda civic , please go to any body shop and ask him this question: what kind of metal next the plastic bumper?

can you tell me why the honda run like crab after any accident?
can you tell me why ther is no one have classic honda? you will find old hond in junk yard, but classic chevy in special galery

Steel is behind the plastic bumper cover on the Civic AND the Cavalier. What kind of question was that? Hondas were not readily available until like '77 but some would consider them to be classic. But not in the sense of a 5000 lb american dream from the 50's, I'll give ya that.

Hondas are great for what they are made for. Gas mileage + Cheap = Economical beater for soccer moms...

Chevys are great for what they are made for. Durability + Dependability + Longevity + Power + Customizeability  +  whippin some import ass +  visual appeal = American greatness!

I would take more pride into my S10 than I would a Corolla or a Civic. I would take more pride in my ride to know that it came from my own country. If I was given a Civic, I'd sell it to get an Impala or an S10. :) I love my truck so much!
