Yes dont laugh, i have a 91 Chevrolet Lumina.

Anyways i have a couple of questions, meybe someone can help me out.

First,
I do not believe my Tachometer is correct, nor is my Speedometer. They both work, but my Tachometer seems to be in the 8000 while driving on the highway!  I think idling it says its at 5000, this doesnt seem to be correct. The engine doesnt sound like its reving that high anyways. Anyways, any ideas on how to fix this, the Tachometer or the Speedometer? I heard that there is some sort of valve in Chevrolet Lumina, if you replace it the Tachometer and Speedometer might work correctly? Do i have to recalberate this Tach and Speedo, or what. Im lost, id really like my Speedometer to work so i dont get a ticket on the highway.

Secondly,
Does anybody know which after market light bulbs work good in the Lumina? Im looking into getting better lights for night driving, but im not sure which model number or which lights are recommended. I will obviously get these at Auto Zone or Wallmart.

Sorry im new to the Chevy thing, was a Ford guy, dont give me to hard of a time.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks...
