i scored a 400 and vortec heads. the 400 is 20 over and appears to be rebuildable. the heads are stock. what im after is a couple of cams or good ideas that might get close to the 400 hp and ft lbs torque range on a short budget. thanks for any help yall can give. plans are to put this in my 84 Z28
