I've read a lot of posts (here and other places) about the lights on the transfer case switch on the dash blink when 4hi/lo won't engage. I have no lights at all and 4hi/lo won't engage and nothing seems to happen with the transfer case. Do you all think the solution is as simple as a new switch? I thought this at first but didn't see anyone ever mention that simple solution but rather saw lots of posts about nightmares dealing with mechanics trying to diagnose what were often complicated electrical problems with the 4 wheel drive system. Any help would be useful.
