Could anyone direct me to where the OBD diagnostic connector is on my 2003 Impala LS 3.8L ?

Thanks.

On my Impala, the OBD connector is below the steering column on the right hand side. The best way to get to it is to pop off the trim under the steering wheel (held in by two retaining clips). Look for where you insert your key into the ignition and then go down about 6 inches and it will be there. It almost looks like a serial port on a computer. I used an obddiagnostics tool purchased from obdidangostics.com, however the Impala will not let you start your car if that you are using a scantool or the like. You must plug it in once the car is already running.

Hope this helps.
Matt
