wireing problem

bought my first chevy silverado classic 1500 and need to know where to plug in the pigtail for the brake controller. also need to know where to put in the 40 amp fuse supplied with the pigtail. this is a 2007. 500 miles and like my silverado.

Congrats! The pigtail gets pluged in under the dash to the left of the brake pedal you will see a black box with a plastic nut in the center un screw the nut pull the cover and plug the pigtail in I believe it is the top center cavaity but to make sure it should tell you on the back of the cover As far as the fuse that goes in the power distribution center under the hood there should be a red dummy J case fuse in its place remove that and plug in the 40a and your good to go.
