I am looking to build a 496 stroker from a 454 block. I have a 1995 block and heads and i am wondering if it will take the stroker kit alright. I will not be pushing any more than 450hp. Is there any advantage to using a newer or older block??? If so Can someone please tell me the differnce between the new and old motors! Do the new motors have 4 bolt mains? and did any of them come with roller cams??
