97 cavalier horn stuck on - 12/16/2006 12:10:53 PM    grail   Posts: 3 Joined: 12/16/2006 Status: offline Anyone have a suggestion?  I was told it was probably the relay - does that sound right or does the steering column have to be taken apart? Thanks Post #: 1

RE: 97 cavalier horn stuck on - 12/16/2006 3:15:36 PM    bk94si   Posts: 13 Joined: 12/12/2006 Status: offline The relays are usually under the hood.  Look for a black plastic box and when you take off the cover, all the relays are inside.  There should also be a diagram showing which one goes to the horn.
