I have a 2000 Silverado 5.3L. I've just added a set of Borla headers and have run into a strange
problem. On the driver side there is a bolt and a tab about half way down the steering column. Both
the tab and the end of the bolt are hitting the header pipe. I'll probably just remove the tab and
cut the bolt down, but I'd like to know what the tab is for before I remove it. Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks,
Dave
