I have a 89 camaro with a little work done to it The problem is the fuel system. I bought it a couple weeks ago and the pump went bad, so I changed it out and now I can't get it started. When the pump is on, it sound like there is air in the fuel rails...like a hissing sound. I tried to bleed any possible air out, but all I got was fuel. When I try to start it, it will act like it doesn't have enough fuel to get moving. I've tried everything I can think of. Anyone have any ideas on this?

you need to check and see if you are getting too much fuel, it will do the same as not enough.
