You will be able to fit 35" tires with a 6" lift no problem.

DONT PUT A BODY LIFT ON IT . I HAVE A 4 INCH SUSPENSION LIFT AND RUNNIN 35X14.5X20 ON AN 88 K5. UR NOT GIONG TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON A SUSP. LIFT FOR THE SRAIGHT AXLE CHEVYS. PERSONALY IWONT NEVER RUN A BODY LIFT FOR CHANCES OF A OVERHEATING PROBLEMS

Depends on what kind of off-roading you want to do. I agree with "thecolonel" for tires. It took a 13"+ lift to run 44's. If you are planning on going somewhere that requires your blazer to do a lot of articulating then go with a body and suspension lift if not, stick with the suspension only.  This is my old beater I took out boony-bashing all the time.

I'd go with a 4 inch suspension lift and run a 33 or a 35 inch tire. You can run larger tires on a 4 inch lift if you trim the fenders some.I'd stay clear of the body lift there a bad idea. Also if your wanna go to a higher lift like 6 inchs or more your deffinately gonna want to look into some better steering such as crossover steering and also you will want to get extended brake lines and you will probably need a cv driveshaft because of a steep pinion angle if you go to a 6 inch or higher.I speek with experience since i had a 85 k5 blazer.good luck
