twin2 -> 2002 Cavalier (11/7/2006 4:19:03 PM)

My cavalier has this problem, about once every 2 months or so. I will go to start the car, and I get nothing. No power, no clicking, absolutely nothing. The first time that it happened, I was going to have it towed, but the tow truck showed up, and the guy just pulled on the battery cables and thought they were loose. It started right up. I took it to the dealer, they checked everything, tightened some cables, and said it was fine. But that was a year ago. SO when this happens I usually disconnect the battery, let it sit for a few minutes, and then reconnect it. It usually starts up fine, and is good to go for a month or two. But the dealer refuses to look at it, I am tired of dealing with it. It is a 2002, with 90,000 miles, and everything else runs great. Any thoughts?
