(hope that this is in the right section) I have a 1979 Chevrolet full size truck and would like to put a stepside bed on to it since I saw one with it and like the looks of it. My question is wil it fit? Any reply will be appreciated.

u didn't say what year of box u like. the '87 and older? or the '88 and newer style? is your truck a long box or a short box? if it's a short box, o.k., but forget about it if u have a long box.
