i just bought an 04 2500 6.0L and i noticed today that the truck looked like it was leaning on the drivers side. well to confirm this i measured and it was about 1" lower on the driver side. Whats up with that? Is this the case with all the trucks or just mine?? I know i can tweak the torsion bars to ever it out but still want to know if this is the norm with chevy trucks!!

I've got an 03' Silverado LT 1500 Ext. Cab and I have noticed the same thing when I park it in the garage. It doesn't do it all the time.

It's called the "chevy lean" Pretty common problem. You could mess with the torsion bars by either lowering one side or rasing the other. Make sure you get an alighnment and your on level ground.

thanks a lot for the info, i will tweak the torsion bars a bit to get it more level and hope that i don't have to get an alignment...
