YES!!! I never pay attention to the lights. By the time I heard the beep I had already hit a pice of wood. Good thing it was only a small stick that the snowplow guy put in the gorund the day before for reference.

Overall, I am pleased with my LT3, so the following list of nit picks is about all I have:

I have another comment on the rear wiper control. Having driven GM products for many years, I say with no hesitation that it royally sucks to set (what used to be) the cruise control and have the rear washer/wiper spring into action. I have no real issue with the cruise controls being placed on the wheel, but my opinion is that the stalk controls should have been redesigned to control the rear wiper, not just relabeled.

An earlier poster said the switch bezel on the driver's door is too crowded and I agree. It would be nice if the controls could be more easily differentiated by feel.

In lieu of more power, a looser torque converter would sure help with the truck's feel around town. I'm rather disappointed in light to moderate throttle response.

How about a function in the 6-disc/XM head unit that scrolls the display between title AND artist?

And, as always, I think GM should be doing a LOT more to insure that its dealers are treating customers right. There's no use going into specifics, because service and circumstances vary so widely between dealers. I will say it is rather disappointing to buy a fairly expensive vehicle like a Tahoe and one week later be treated like the buyer of a used 91 Cavalier. Yeah, I know, "vote with your dollars". I'd love to, but in the very limited market in which I live, I have few practical choices.
