WTB 96 caprice body w/ title!!!

Hello,
 
I have access to a 95 caprice with no title,  Its a salvage car.  I want to see if I can find another caprice 96-95 frame with  a clear title.  I dont care about the condition of the car.  IF any comments or suggestions, let me know.
