I use Valvoline 10w-30 in my 89Z with 215,000 miles. It smokes a little so I use Lucas every now and again. I am looking to change the oil in my 96Z with 135,000 miles. I have used Quaker State in my old camaro, and when I tore the engine apart, sludge city. I have used Valvoline since and have had no problems. I am looking into using MaxLife Synthetic. Didn't know if that was a good idea or not.
