There is no law in California that will determine the size of your wheel. 24"s and 26"s are very common out here in California.
There is a law about the width (well sort of). The oustide of the tire can not extend beyond the outside of the fender.

Is it me or does CA have 10X as many laws than any other state?

I have seen 24's, but I would guess 22's would ride a little better.

Southland310,
Hey there,
I was wondering what the specs on the wheel are?
I'm looking at a different set of wheels and like the way yours fits.
Whats the offset, backspacing and width of the wheel?

Here are the specs of the wheel I'm looking at:
WHEEL SPECS
24X10 BLACK
6x5.5 (6x139.7)
25 MM OFFSET
6.48" BACKSPACING

Anyone think I'll have fitment issues?

Thank you for your time, Jay

Jay, those should be fine!  +25 is close enough IMO.  You might get slight rubbing of the fender liner.  But that is due to the width of the wheel, not the offset!

Dont really know the detailed specs due to the fact that I purchased
the wheels directly from the manufacturing company (MHT Wheels in Orange County
California) and just gave them the info on what type of vehicle they
were going to be going on. Sorry about that!
