Wear/OpenBubbles above the radio unit! (With Pictures)

Hello Everyone,

I am a proud owner of a golden HHR LT 06 since three weeks now. I am very happy with that car - I am sure like you guys ;)

But now I need your help. Near the passenger airbig sign (check pictures), I have discovered some strange wear. I don't know how to describe that.
Does anyone know something about this problem? My car is now 1,5years old. I think, such a new car should not show something like that. What should I do? Is there an easy way to fix that?

In all seriousness it looks like something was spilled on it and hte dash is peeling, take it in should still be under warranty, and GM should replace it....did you die it or paint the dash yourself ever?

Sure looks like a mfg defect to me!
