Hi Everyone! I installed the Volant CAI today... I must say... directions SUCK! I am not a mechanic by any means - having said that, it still only took me 2 hours to install - not bad.
Do you guys have fog lights? The ram air would not fit due to the foglight assembly. Am I doing something wrong? I am frustrated since I installed the entire thing, but could not get the ram air to fit. I'm also a bit uncomfortable with the fit of the air tube to the throttle body (having to use the old gasket). Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I would try contacting volant directly, maybe they sent you the wrong kit? Or maybe that kit doesnt work with trucks with foglights. Sounds like the tube goes where the foglight is.

My bad... I have a plow adaptor on the front of the truck. Was on there when I bought it... I called tech support (they are great!) ... have to remove the plow adapter and it should fit perfect.

Yeah I talked to someone else who had a Volant with foglights and they said they didnt have any problems. Glad you found what you needed.
