First off, Hello everyone, am new to this forum. GM's rule. Now with my problem: My dad and I put a 1988 350 cu.in. engine in his 1991 4.3 liter full size pick up. The engine is from an 88 police intercepter that had a carberator. we replaced the induction with a 350 throttle body fuel injection and 350 computer with all 350 sensors. (map sensor, idle sensor, etc.) The engine is stock except for a Comp Cams 08-300-8 cam (duration is 206 intake and 210 exhaust at .050 lift, 112 centerline, .450/.480 lift) and shorty headers with a cat back exhaust. The engine runs good at high rpm but spudders at idle and skips at low speeds. Where did go wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
